And we're back!

Welcome to a new year of Clinic Escorts! We are having MANDATORY TRAINING SESSIONS Tuesday the 17th at 7pm in 41 Wyllys (CRC) Room 115, Friday the 20th 1pm 41 Wyllys (CRC) Room 113, Wednesday the 25th 7 pm Wyllys (CRC) Room 115.
Can't wait to get started.

What We Do:

In a group of five (four escorts and one captain), we go to Summit Women’s Center in Bridgeport, CT where they perform abortions every Tuesday and Friday morning. We are a positive, supportive presence. Our job is to escort the women who would like to be escorted past the antis who are present and to the clinic door. There is a strong anti force in Bridgeport. We are not there to engage with the protesters, we are there for the women. We act as a barrier between their harassment and the women who wish to enter the clinic. We are not affiliated with the clinic, but our presence is both respected and appreciated.
